UNCOATED STRAW PAPER_200 sheets

Tittex Straw Paper is a paper for fried foods, intended for food use (in compliance with Ministerial Decree of 21 March 1973). It absorbs the oils and fats present in fried food, making it light and tasty. It can also be used as a disposable straw paper placemat for food use. The straw paper Tittex has been designed to be used with the polythene-coated side (the shiny side) facing downwards to ensure the fried food comes out dry and crispy. We recommend placing the sheet on a plate and positioning the fried food in the centre so that the oil drains off; then move the fried food to the dry part of the straw paper, towards the edge, or use a new sheet. If you use the matt side, the fried food tends to remain more moist; with straw paper Tittex the fried food stays dry and crispy. Useful for serving and/or absorbing oil from fried food; on chopping boards; for serving cold cuts; as a placemat or tray liner.
