Delivery times and costs

All orders received and confirmed by 12:00 each day will be dispatched; delivery times are 7–10 working days (Monday to Friday).

The delivery charge, which is added to the price of the products purchased, is calculated automatically by the system, except for shipments to the European Union and non-EU countries, where Spugnificio Meridionale di Sgaramella Savino & C. S.A.S. reserves the right to provide the exact amount following order confirmation.

For end customers, delivery is included for orders over €30.00, except for shipments to the European Union and non-EU countries.

If the customer is a VAT-registered business, delivery is included for orders over €250.00. For shipments to the European Union and non-EU countries, we reserve the right to provide the exact amount following order confirmation.
