Cash on Delivery

If the Customer has chosen to pay by cash on delivery, they should bear in mind that this service incurs an additional charge of €7 and cannot be used for orders exceeding €2,999.99. Upon delivery, the Customer must pay the courier the exact amount of the order, as the courier cannot give change. Only cash is accepted.

Bank Transfer

In the case of payment by bank transfer, the goods will only be dispatched once the payment has been credited to the current account of Spugnificio Meridionale di Sgaramella Savino & C. S.A.S., which must take place within 5 working days of the order confirmation date; after this period, the order will be automatically cancelled.

The reference for the bank transfer must include the order details (order number, date), which are provided in the order confirmation email.
