How to buy

The online shop Tittex is dedicated to B2B and B2C sales. 

If you have a VAT number, register here by entering your details and selecting the “Company” category; you will then have access to your dedicated prices. You can download the catalogue, request a quote or buy directly from our online shop. 

If you are a retail customer, view the prices directly in our online shop. To purchase our products, you must register (you can do this at checkout or by clicking here, selecting the “Private Individual” category). 

HOW TO BUY: once you’ve chosen your items, add them to your basket, proceed to checkout and enter your login details (if you haven’t registered yet, you can do so at checkout). Then continue by entering the address where you would like to receive the goods, selecting your preferred delivery method and choosing your preferred payment method. Please ensure you have received the order confirmation email; if you do not receive it, please check that the process has been completed. 

Your order will be processed once payment has been received and will be dispatched within 7–10 working days.

In-store collection for retailers

Retailer customers can collect their ordered goods from our premises by prior arrangement via email (info@tittex.com) or telephone (+39 0883 509697) on the following days and at the following times: Monday–Friday 9.00–16.00

Promotional codes

If you have a promotional code, enter it in your basket when finalising your order to activate the benefits

• Fill your basket

• Enter the promotional code and confirm it
