Returns

Requests for returns due to non-conformity or withdrawal will be assessed by Spugnificio Meridionale di Sgaramella Savino & C. S.A.S. to verify that the requirements are met, and the customer will be notified of the outcome of the request.

Once the return request has been approved, we recommend reusing the original packaging to reseal the parcel.

Spugnificio Meridionale di Sgaramella Savino & C. S.A.S. reserves the right to refuse the return of any products that do not correspond to what was originally sent. The products must not have been altered and must not show any signs of use. Each product must be returned with all labels, the complete packaging in all its parts (including outer packaging and any accompanying documentation) and the original accessories received with the product. 

To minimise damage to the original packaging, we recommend, where possible, placing it inside a second box, on which you should write the address of Spugnificio Meridionale di Sgaramella Savino & C. S.A.S. Under no circumstances should labels or adhesive tape be affixed directly to the product’s original packaging.

Should a refund be requested, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase; specifically: 

• (in the case of a purchase made by credit card or prepaid card), by crediting the amount paid for the returned item back to the same card used to complete the order; 

• (for purchases made via PayPal), by crediting the same PayPal account used to complete the order; 

• (for purchases made by bank transfer or cash on delivery), by crediting the purchaser’s bank account; the customer must provide the relevant bank details on the returns request form.

All returned products will be subject to a thorough inspection by Spugnificio Meridionale di Sgaramella Savino & C. S.A.S. and must comply with all the criteria set out on this page. Only following this inspection, and in any event within 15 (fifteen) days of the Customer’s receipt of the parcel, Spugnificio Meridionale di Sgaramella Savino & C. S.A.S. will notify the Customer by email of the acceptance of the cancellation or return due to non-conformity and will arrange for the refund of the amount paid or the issue of a promotional code, depending on the option specified by the Customer at the time of the request.

Spugnificio Meridionale di Sgaramella Savino & C. S.A.S. undertakes to refund the Customer promptly and, in any event, no later than 30 (thirty) days from acceptance of the returned product. Spugnificio Meridionale di Sgaramella Savino & C. S.A.S. will send a notification email once the refund has been processed. The refund will appear on the customer’s credit card statement. The timeframe may vary depending on the chosen payment method.

Returns due to non-conformity

The customer may request a return within a maximum of 14 days from delivery if the product is damaged on arrival, faulty, or does not match what was purchased (for example, a different colour or size from those ordered).

To make a return, the customer must visit the website www.tittex.com and complete the form on the Contact page, or send an email to info@tittex.com, ensuring they include: the order number, the product code of the item they wish to return, and the reason for the return. In the free-text field, the Customer must provide as much information as possible regarding the issue encountered, including which products are being returned, the date of purchase and the chosen method of refund, and must attach a photograph of the faulty product.

The cost of returning the goods, due to discrepancies with the order and/or product defects, will be borne by Spugnificio Meridionale di Sgaramella Savino & C. S.A.S. and will be handled by a designated carrier appointed by Spugnificio Meridionale di Sgaramella Savino & C. S.A.S.  

Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal applies only to the end consumer: Article 1469 bis of the Civil Code states that “the consumer is a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity they may carry out” (Article 1469 bis). Consequently, if the purchase is made in the capacity of a business or a professional with a VAT number, it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal for purchases made in that capacity. 

The right of withdrawal is in any case excluded for goods supplied with a logo provided by the customer. 

If the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal are met, this must be exercised within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the goods (by completing the form in the ‘Contact’ section). 

The refund will be issued within 30 (thirty) days of the request, in one of the following ways, which the customer must specify in the returns request form:

• by refunding the price of the purchased product, net of delivery charges which are payable by the Customer. The refund will be processed using the same method chosen by the Customer, who may not request a change to this method.

• by providing a promotional code worth the price of the purchased product, net of postage costs which are to be borne by the customer, redeemable for new purchases on the website www.tittex.com 

The cost of returning the goods following withdrawal shall be borne by the Customer, and the return shipment will be handled by a designated carrier appointed by Spugnificio Meridionale di Sgaramella Savino & C. S.A.S.
